As an Account Manager Supply Chain, you will oversee the entire chain from start to finish in a growing organization.
Betronic B.V. is a major player in the electronics industry. They develop, test, and produce innovative products on behalf of European organizations. With a focus on communication, energy, and motor control, Betronic aims to be at the forefront of technology and innovation.
They operate from a new building in Amsterdam with a young and friendly team of 30 young professionals. Betronic is an innovative company with a highly educated team.
Betronic also has its own production facility in China.
Your day starts by checking your emails. Due to the time difference with the production in China, there are a few matters that you'll need to respond to. You also answer questions from customers and suppliers. After updating your email, you determine which tasks to tackle and set the right priorities.
The first meeting of the day begins. You coordinate with your Chinese colleagues to review the progress of production. After the meeting, you call a customer. You address all their questions and ensure they are up to date. You are the point of contact for 6 customers. You translate the customer’s request into a structured plan and assign tasks to the rest of the organization and suppliers.
Additionally, you are involved early in the supply chain process because you are quick to respond and able to think along with customers. When you're informed early in the process, you can react to changes and actively contribute to aligning the product with the customer’s needs. This means you guide the development process from a supply chain perspective. Together with your colleagues in development, you search for the best solution for the customer. You are involved end-to-end in the supply chain process.
After lunch, you have one more meeting. Then, you work on cost calculations, purchasing schedules, and contribute to demand planning. Your day involves precise logistical coordination and solving any challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
You are a communicative, well-organized, and analytical individual with a passion for supply chain management. You are able to keep a cool head in a hectic environment and know how to set priorities. You work accurately, think proactively with the client, and have strong numerical insight.
Since you will be working closely with various stakeholders, you have strong command of both Dutch and English.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.

A gross monthly salary of €3,500 based on a 40-hour work week.
